Health at the office.Have a read of the advice from Public Health England chief Duncan Selbie. This office health advice that physios have been giving for years regarding what to do at the office to keep healthy. Get up regularly like every 15 minutes, do exercises at your desk, get you works station assessed for the optimum position, dont sit in meetings without getting up and moving about, consider a standing desk for better posture. We are hunter/gathers remember. We evolved to be moving about, hunting and gathering food for ourselves and the tribe and yet we dont do that anymore. Lots of us just sit; at the office, on the train, in the car on the sofa and the nearest we get to gathering is a trip to Tescos.
