On-line Exercise Classes

We run several on-line exercise classes.
All fun and informal, they focus on various aspects, which are good for your well-being.

They encompass core, balance, flexibility and cardio work and are as convenient as turning on your laptop or tablet, at the time of the class, ideal for those who like to exercise at home. Nigel’s & James’s classes also involve weights, which help to maintain and improve bone density.

Nigel’s classes

These are on at 9.30am on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
Tuesdays at 9.30am
The Tuesday morning class is ideal for the over 70’s and focuses a lot on balance, core and flexibility, with some cardio exercise.

Wednesdays at 9.30am
This is similar to the Tuesday class but designed more for those over 60. It is a little more cardio and core exercise based than the Tuesday class.

James Myers Thursday Evening Class

6pm Thursdays.
This is designed for those over 50 and encompasses cardio, core, weights and balance exercises.
James is a personal trainer who brings his knowledge to bear in a fun packed session.

James is also starting a class in 2024 on Tuesdays at noon. We are taking signings for this class at the moment.

Grishma's Physiotherapy led Pilates Class

Grishma is a very experienced Musculo-skeletal Physio, who runs an  excellent  Pilates Class on a Friday morning. There are only a maximum of 4 people in a class.
