Josh Mailey

Josh graduated from the University of Brighton with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. He has worked in the UK where he has gained a wide range of experience within inpatient and outpatient settings where he treated a variety of Neurological, Cardiorespiratory, Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.

His passion lies within MSK. He recently returned from Australia where he was working in private practice. He loves the challenge MSK brings, and he enjoys building good relationships with his clients. He has a special interest in all thing’s lower limb and spinal. A combination of manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and evidenced-based care will be implemented to empower individuals to achieve their desired goals and to make them more resilient.

Josh is a sucker for a bad joke and is quick to return the favour. He loves to keep active whether that’s playing AFL with Sussex Swans or training for his first marathon in 2025. He loves chatting about all things sport. His main issue is that there’s not enough hours in the day for all the activities he wants to do!
