I am a dedicated Consultant Physiotherapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Sangai International University. My professional journey is enriched with diverse experiences in orthopedics, cardio-pulmonary therapy, and intensive care unit management, where I apply a holistic and patient-centered approach to healing.

I have extensive expertise in various therapeutic techniques including Pilates, dry needling, cupping therapy, and women’s pelvic floor rehabilitation. My career highlights include establishing and leading the Physiotherapy Department at the Nav Yuva Institute of Medical Science and contributing significantly to sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation across various healthcare environments.

My approach is deeply rooted in empathy and effective communication, allowing me to develop treatment plans that are highly regarded by both my peers and patients. In my personal time, I enjoy playing badminton and continuously seek to enhance my professional skills through ongoing education in the latest physiotherapy practices.
