Celebrating Older People’s Day 2017

Sunday October 1st is officially Older People’s Day 2017, an International Day to celebrate the achievements and contributions that older people make to society.

Once again, we have worked in partnership with seniors’ forums, the voluntary sector, community groups and other statutory organisations to put together and support a programme of fun activities and information fairs.

This year is the 10th anniversary of Older People’s Day in East Sussex, with events taking place across the county throughout September and October.

You can download a copy of the booklet here, or pick up a copy from your nearest library.
